The County Government is a government agency funded by state budget. Its main function is to carry out executive state power. The County Government is lead by the County Governor.

The County Governor’s main responsibilities include representing the State’s interest in the County and fostering consistent and balanced development of the County. The County Governor has the right to supervise over the legality of specific application legislation of local authorities.
